This webinar is the third in the series for Agile Coaches. When considering team performance, the Retrospective is probably the second most crucial Scrum event. Yet it is the event that often presents coaches with the most significant challenge.

Why? Is there something wrong with the way we approach the Retrospective? As defined by Scrum, is the event poorly designed?

This webinar will present a no-holds-barred review of the Retrospective. It will suggest alternative approaches designed to meet the Scrum Guides statement, “The purpose of the Sprint Retrospective is to plan ways to increase quality and effectiveness”. Oh, and I expect readers to ask the most important Scrum event when considering team performance is Backlog Refinement!
