In this webinar, Enterprise Coach, Jon Ward will outline how an Agile Coach mirrors a sports coach by using different intervention styles depending upon current team behavior, the team’s objectives, and the coach’s desired outcome.

Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches support Agile teams. The question is how they do this. What are the appropriate behaviors, the skills required, and what techniques can they use in an intervention with a team?

– We will outline the appropriate use of the intervention styles.
– When to use each style – based on the situation of your team.
– How to coach each style – the coaching stance, and questions used.
– The preparation required for a successful intervention.
– Measuring outcomes.
– Using the Deming cycle to improve future interventions.
