Jon Ward holds a very successful career over the past 30+ years, working internationally as an Enterprise Agile Coach, offering effective consultancy and leadership in the areas of Agile Transformation and Change Management, and enabling new organizational strategies through a new culture and Agile ways of working. His approach has been proven to reduce costs, time-to-market, and increase customer satisfaction.
Jon is experienced working at all levels right up to Senior Board level in the Financial Services, Banking, Payments, Insurance, FMCG, TV, and Retail sectors, possessing strong leadership of both people and processes with the ability to deliver effective, bespoke change initiatives.
Jon Ward is a Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master by PMI, SAFe SPC, Accredited Scrum Master by the International Scrum Institute, and Certified Professional Agile Coach by ICAgile, with experience in TDD, BDD, CI, and Agile Transformation.
